Adrian was great. I ended up fixing the problem myself, but he was prompt in reaching out to assist. The only thing is that I was told I would receive an email stating the service ticket was solved, but never received one. Not a big deal for this ticket. However in the future I would like the service email. Thanks ya'll for all you do!
