Both individuals were responsive and were able to troubleshoot the issue - pops and (Mark) taught me how to remove unwanted pops. Alex was a trooper in dealing with the HRSCHEDULE EM, but unfortunately it's an issue on the COAST side that FUSE3 has no control over it and unable fix - we agree to allow the new Office 365 to be set up before we tackle it again should the problem persist and or notify Bruce on the COAST side to help resolve if it continues.

Eric is always great to work with. A little distracting today with four calls to resolve issues between yesterday and today and other calls going on, meetings, etc. Unfortunately an issue with first computer I was sent which had a much larger screen. A little concerned about view on the old laptop with a smaller screen. It's very difficult to work with small screens and small display doing what we do.
