Thank you to all involved with this scanner situation as it it took a few people to help resolve it and everyone was polite, patient and seemed to want to help fix it. Lewis is AMAZING as he was in person a few times and very, very helpful. I have spoken to Tyson, Nick, David, Michael on different issues and all are very professional and helpful. My problem was not an easy one and I was glad to see everyone get together as a team to solve the issue. The only problem I had was communications. I would be told that I would be getting a call back and sometimes it would take longer than I was expecting. I know I am not the only one they work with, and they can get busy. All in all they are all very professional and I am grateful for their help.
