All three technicians were very friendly and helpful, however; I worked mostly with Justin and he was awesome! He was so patient when I needed to re-schedule meetings and he was a joy to work with. He made it his mission to prioritize getting me on a new system and he kept me informed every step of the way. This was one of those moments where I started off dreading having to call and deal with my pc issues but I ended up so happy that I did and that I had someone as wonderful as Justin to help me along the way. Thanks Justin! You Rock!
