Royal identified another issue on my computer - that it hadn't been updated in years - and put on all the updates that were needed. He was very friendly and not at all patronizing, which is what i have sometimes encountered with IT people in the past (not at your company but others). He was very patient and even though we ran after 5 p.m. he was committed to making sure my computer was working the way it should. Finished the updating at home, no problems. Thanks!
