It got done, but it took one of our payroll specialists to realize, he had simply set it up differently than the last time it was setup and neither Zach nor us understood that was what happened. More than anything, if the Integris could actually document what the system is supposed to do, your poor employees wouldn't run into these type of situations. Not hating, just trying to communicate your company would best help employees by coming up with a documentation system(tickets don't really seem to work great).

This should not be happening, but it's not Nick's fault. He is listening to us. Again, documentation issue, I think, with setup.
