I realize everyone is busy at Bulletproof and my tech got back to me as quickly as he could. However, I really needed someone at the point of my initial call. The issue was kind of resolved. I think this may be a software issue and the tech was able to connect me to my printer, but we still don't know why it disappeared. I have reached out to my software tech team and hopefully they can figure it out. On a side note, my tech was very difficult to hear. Bit of an echo and he sounded far away. Perhaps a connection issue?

Unsure why this advisor would recommend leaving...

Unsure why this advisor would recommend leaving user data on the computer from former employees that no longer work for our organization, especially after I explained it caused issues today for other software installation processes. It is not my job so I accepted his advice however it seemed as though the advisor was not concerned with assisting with my request.
