Kaleb is always ready to hit the ground running when he gets here, and this onsite was no different. We have new hire coming on board this week, and needed Kaleb to do a full set up of the access logins, make sure they work, and network the computer to the printers in the office. All worked well before he left. He was also helpful in figuring out all of the network of computers to printers now that we have fully, and officially moved to the Mason Street center from the Ice House. We are always grateful for his can-do attitude, and good communication skills.

The technician was awesome and solved the problem quickly.
