Ben saw the source of the problem almost before I stopped describing it. He fixed it within minutes and was clear in is communication and told me what he was doing as he did it - a good customer service trait. (Nothing worse than being left to hang while the expert does his stuff without keeping you posted on what he is doing!) Good job Ben.
