Kyle did a great job getting me back up and running, but I'm skeptical that it is a long term fix. This is the second time in the past two weeks I've had this issue. Fingers crossed.

I still do not understand why TS is different from the office QB. Another day's problem. This would have likely been more effective to have a conversation to resolve then the back and forth.
