The information you provided was very useful. We have two other CNC machines running XP. Fortunately, they both have SP3. The 14.2 version of TeamViewer should help get remote support on those systems in the future, if required.

Kyle did a great job getting me back up and running, but I'm skeptical that it is a long term fix. This is the second time in the past two weeks I've had this issue. Fingers crossed.
