I forwarded my reply to rmm@bulletproofit.ca but apparently it did not get received. I phoned in the next day to see if it was received and left a message. My call was returned in soon after. I was informed of the email not being received and was instructed to forward it to help@bulletproofit.ca. I did and a new ticket was created. Once the new ticket was created our user's problem was resolved quickly. The word that came to mind when I heard it had already been resolved was "spectacular".
