Is there a follow up happening with Kyle about when the extra RAM can be installed? There are other staff used machines in the building, that use Adobe software - I'm sure they are experiencing the same problems. I have 2 machines in the Marketing office that need to be able to handle the workflow necessary for day to day tasks. DT015 is the next machine over from me. It could probably also use a boost as well.
