The loss of score was because I needed to install Microvellum Toolbox myself. Perhaps Bulletproof's notes about the installation of this software needs to be updated.

The only problem with the computer setup was the list of printers being incomplete. Hopefully Bulletproof can add verify network printer list to their checklist. Setting the default printer to match that the user's current selection is also recommended.
