Shane was a total rock star when dealing with this issue for me. He was respectful of my time and only interjected himself into my workday (time) when required. If there were things that needed doing behind the scenes he acknowledged that and set about completing these tasks. He also put in the effort to ensure the issue was properly resolved before closing the ticket (which did happen). Thanks Shane :)
