Michael did a great job with me. He did the entire ticket over the telephone remotely. I originally made one request and before it was over Michael realized that several things need to happen to solve the one issue, he managed to get everything done without leaving the phone. His patience with me was extraordinary. He had to coach me through several things that I did not understand and he got it done. Thank you!
