Kevin was great and was able to resolve my issue fairly quickly. The reason for providing an 8 rating is more to do with the process. The current mPowered IT application does not give the customer the option to click a button when the representative is looking to take control of the customer's screen. Kevin communicated with me clearly and asked my permission before doing so but I would still have liked the opportunity to accept the screen control in some form or fashion. That way I would have confidence that mPowered representatives and anyone who is able to get into the application will not be able to take control of my screen without me knowing.
