Honestly how many people can say that their "IT Guy" REALLY, TRULY, HONESTLY, and GENUINELY makes your life and whole job a million times easier to do when they come to help? (I promise I use Brian's name when I refer to him normally, for the purpose of humor here, I am referring to him as the "IT GUY") One thing I really appreciated this week was that the IT Guy WENT OUT OF HIS WAY to clarify whether or not our visit was scheduled, due to holidays/weather/calendar appointment mishaps; instead of just assuming that PIC was closed and not coming at all. TALK ABOUT GOING THE EXTRA MILE.
