I did leave a call back message on Fri Sept 25 and I am surmising that because I called in again and pressed 1 - the call back on press 3 was no longer valid ? I have expressed to Wayne an issue with the Press 1 helpdesk. Otherwise FSCA E.D. had a concern with the process which I also expressed a to Wayne Overall I appreciate the work that was done however it did take longer to resolve than expected. Thank you
