Mason was awesome! So patient explaining and showing us the equipment and what to do / procedures in case we have issues with the phones & internet again.

The day I spoke with Corey was like Thursday before Christmas, apparently you all were closed Friday and Monday (must be nice) and it's like he was trying to help 5 people at once, it was apparent he wasn't even working on my ticket while I sat on the phone for an hour while he did something here and there. Probably not his fault since so many people were presumable out for the holidays. Our modem was also dying (which we didn't know), so we had horrible speeds, which maybe why Corey half assed helped me. However, between the tech who was helping John on Wed or Thur and this on Thur with Corey it may have been nice if someone at IT recognized our insanely slow internet. John then figured it out on Friday and had Xfinity give us a new modem, which threw us into a bunch more issues we had to resolve on our own over the holiday weekend.
