Issue is not yet resolved. Reaching out to an Apple resource to see if they can help me. Wish there was more Mac support in the team with greater familiarity. My assistant will be reaching out to Kevin to clarify his note. Kevin's service was immediate and supportive - so my comments are only about the actual problem with supporting my Mac equipment.
