I had to wait 24 hrs for someone to get back to...

I had to wait 24 hrs for someone to get back to me. It is difficult to be without server access for 24 hrs. But I could have put the request on "high priority" which I didn't. So overall I am happy to be back on the server and the service, once I received it, was excellent. Thank you!
