Lately - no matter who I speak to it seems the sound quality of the call is poor . . . the tech is hard to hear because there is so much back noise (like if you are speaking to someone who has you on speaker phone and it picks up every little sound around them and amplifies it). It's worse when you can tell they are within ear shot of another tech helping someone else on the phone. If they are speaking at the same time its VERY hard to decipher what your tech is saying. I understand this is not the tech's fault at all but I hope this issue can be resolved with better headsets?
