Jonathan was easy to work with, but as often is the case the solution was only temporary. We spent 56 minutes on the phone working on this issue only to have it return within an hour. I eventually had to come into work so that I could just work from the computer in my office...which was not ideal because I was sick. I had a few more issues on Friday and Saturday, but they had mostly cleared up. The issue isn't on my work computer or home computer, so it has to be something with the connection. Sorry to be so negative, but I feel like when I'm having issues with something that I spend entirely too much time working with E-N to come up with a temporary solution and the issues seem to persist. Excel was definitely causing problems for us at the time, but I was having issues with the connection before I opened Excel, and then again after we got that issue resolved.
