I called, and Corey answered immediately and stayed on the line with me for 30 minutes until my email service was restored! I realize now I should have gone through the help desk but honestly when I realized what happened, and the fact that there was a change in my relationship with another Microsoft service provider, I panicked! Thanks for saving the day!
