David was great - patient, knowledgeable, and supported me through multiple options. Even though my problem wasn't his primary focus, he "studied up," researched, and walked me through all the possibilities to finally get my new laptop running. I would highly recommend him!! My overall experience w/ mPowered has not been as good (it's Dave's rating that's pulling the overall score up). The reason for that is I had to submit 3 tickets in order for this to be resolved. This should not have taken so long - nor as many attempts - to get resolved. Prior ticket was cancelled (without my response / confirmation) and other calls / voicemails were not returned.
