Connecting Point has always done a great job responding quickly to our issues. It's refreshing to hear Rick's friendly voice each time I call and Keith has been great helping us to resolve our issues. I was told we would be contacted by our business consultant to talk about a better spam filter... I have not heard from our business consultant yet.

My new tablet needs a docking station. I could have ordered it on Amazon and had it the next day. As is I'm still waiting for Connecting Point to get me the docking station they "needed" to order. I can't totally switch tot he tablet until I can get power and have other port options.
