Matt was great. I really appreciated that he didn't disparage me for using a Mac, like other techs did in the process. I know it's not the standard for the Ducks team (which created challenges in getting setup), but I prefer a Mac for a lot of technical reasons, and I don't like the ideology of putting people down for their Mac/Windows preferences, even if you disagree. I also appreciated that he did the dirty work of installing apps and programs that I use, including easy open-source program installs that saved me time. He was communicative and timely, which was great.
