He updated my computer at work and it worked...

He updated my computer at work and it worked good for all of 10 minutes then froze up again. I don't understand how my personal computer at home works good and my work computer works fine at work but when you connect mine to the office it just does not work and the problems can not be solved. It's not charles fault but seems like all the ladies have problems with connections and this really needs to be looked into and solved to avoid all of the calls that we have to make to MPowered to get this fixed constantly. It is frustrating and irritating.
