Everything that could be done was taken care of as quicky as possible!! Truly appreciate the help! Jack came to the store and made sure that both Verizon and Optimum were prepared for repairs that needed to be done! He went above and beyond and was on site the whole time to oversee all went well, truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you all!
