Jeffery did a great job for me. He quickly grasped my need, offered a solution and then went about resolving the issue. Then Jeffery took the time to make sure that I knew how to the new shortcut that he installed for me actually work. The best thing, I used the app the next day and it worked very well for me, just as Jeffery had installed it!

Called back within a few minutes even in the middle of the night and got our system back up and running. The crash would have been a disaster for our business if it couldn't be corrected until business hours, and our software provider didn't open until late morning our time. Great service.
