the solution was to reset the password...which...

the solution was to reset the password...which Rafael helped me to do. The password did not stick so I'm not sure what happened. it reverted back to the original password, which wasn't what Rafael told me. He did say something about changing it in 48 hours...perhaps I misunderstood him and what he actually said it would revert back to the original password within 48 hours? Sadly for me I found Rafael hard to understand...at this time all is working.
