The transition from Compudyne to INTEGRIS was very painful. The only thing that retained Miner's as a customer is our team stayed in place. Erin Erikson, Dustin Simonson, Mike Caudulio, and of course Mark Baron have been a big part of keeping my frustrations tame. The decision to create elevate was also a key component to the success of INTEGRIS. I am glad we made it through this as I see things falling into place for the better are time goes on. The main items I see opportunity for improvement are invoicing and accuracy of implementations to scope on projects, referring to the technical requirements. Lou has been a key person in cleaning up managed LAN inaccurate deployments. Moving Tyler into the role of overseeing Erin Erikson has been a real good compliment to her hard work. Overall, I enjoy working with INTEGRIS.

I have appreciated the move to the Elevate team! The only thing I feel we're still missing is direct access to the Automate team. I had thought this was part of the plan with Elevate but, it has not happened yet.

There's not enough positive words to describe our partnership with Integris. The team on my account really put on the white gloves and dug into the current state of my technology ecosystem. Together we have been able to develop a roadmap to shape the technological future to the business for years to come. I'm at ease knowing the Integris solutions and staff are diligently working to keep my environment online, productive, and secure.
