James was excellent. He listened to the problem and systematically worked through it and did his troubleshooting, all the while being patient and explaining what he was doing. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to answer my questions. Even though it was an uncommon problem, he stuck with it until we got it resolved.

It was not fixed but I decided to leave it for now as it was not affecting me in anyway I continue to close the Salesforce sign in window that pops up, then the error message that comes up right after I just 'x' out. Antoine could not figure out why this is happening but he did his best, however I was so busy that day that I decided I would not worry about it for now.
