Response time-There needs to be a higher rating for response time! I had an issue at 3:30pm by 4pm I received a call and by 4:15pm it was resolved.

Tyler and Henry were very helpful as the new printer went up. They continued to assist me even after Comprise had 'fixed' the computer and made it where the choices the patrons picked for the printer worked.
