Michael Pruett who actually came out and worked on the computer was great! It was just getting that process started that caused problems. I was told: " Unfortunately, we usually only provide support to companies that we have a service contract with. I have sent your information to our Sales team, but if you have any questions I would be glad to answer them to the best of my abilities." Despite being on a service plan that was supported. I tried to avoid this confusion by mentioning In the end it worked out, my PC is working again, it just was delayed things by a day or two.
