Mike did a great job contacting the office quickly, already had the other software company remoted in, and on the call. It was greatly appreciated that he already had the stage set with all the players for the problem to be solved.

Took a little while longer on the phone than I expected but I am using Mac Mail instead of Outlook so I realize there was some translation to be done. Overall great experience thanks!
