Tim promptly left a voice message that I missed. But a co-worker was notified that I needed to set up my VPN connection & assisted. So somehow the notification system works! I requested to close the ticket this morning after verifying my connection last night.

Am always impressed w E-N's quick response. The email that I marked as Phishing was just out of caution & I realize that I may have made a mistake marking it that way. I wondered if it might have been one of those "planted" emails from whomever does those, making sure that staff is staying alert to possible scams. But I realize that it wasn't that, but rather just sent in a different format than I'm used to seeing. Makes me a bit hesitant to mark as phishing as it likely shouldn't get blocked. Thanks for your quick response time, though - I appreciate it.
