Thanks for taking time to explain everything that you were doing. Moving forward, I will know what to look for to ensure the computer is working at the highest capacity to assist the patients of Kansas Gastroenterology, LLC. I also appreciate how I could actually hear the smile in your voice as you spoke along with it was amazing how you would listen without interrupting. I feel that you go beyond to help when we have concerns. You are absolutely amazing Christian !

Nate is friendly and helpful, but the responsiveness to a hot ticket was unsatisfactory. After waiting 3 hours of not being able to generate reports in Syteline and not receiving a call about my ticket, I resorted to calling Integris directly. Upon calling I reached the after hours call in line even thought it was 1:00. She relayed my message to Nate who then was able to call at 1:40. By that time the system had corrected itself and was working again. He stated that previous tickets for the same issue had also resolved themselves due to waiting out the issue so there was not a documented fix for this issue. It is disappointing that an employee is unable to utilize the system for nearly half a day without a response from IT.
