Excellent! He explained what he was doing and didn't leave me alone on the phone. He explained that the process would be a second, but did not give me false hope-even though later I told him I wish he could. Solved my problem and got me back up and working :)

Thanks for checking this out for me, I noticed that you will be checking again tomorrow to make sure the system backs up ok... I am glad because I noticed that for several days in a row there has been a backup failure email once it has tried several times to back up and then eventually it is successful at creating a backup. Samuel was very helpful even though the process was long - it was a technology slowness, not a response time slowness. Office reloading is time consuming. Samuel was great!
