Thank You for your patience and guidance. This was indeed a process. I love how David initially assisted with grace and his knowledge; then escalated to Jose. Jose was extremely helpful and kept my ticket open for days until we were 'sure' the problem was solved. The follow-up prior to the completed task was top notch. Follow up included by email, phone-call, speaking with our Office Supervisor, and Zoom team. AND.... even after the AL companion and notetaker issues was resolved, Jose helped me get my zoom account back up to standard. Thanks
