The first gentleman that helped stayhed on the phone a long time and was really trying to get the scanning working. Very pleasant and patient. We couldn't get it fixed and he said he would escalte it. A week went by and I heard nothing, so I emailed to see what was going on and then Kyle reached out and said he could help. Kyle was very nice and found the problem almost immediately. I just thought someone wouldn't have contacted me if it was escalated. I went almost 2 weeks without being able to scan. Thank you and have a good day.
