Jose, as usual, was prompt, cheerful, knowledgeable, and knew immediately how to repair the problem I reported. As a good friend of mine says, "zip zap doodle" - piece of cake. I am very fortunate to have the Blue Jean team "in my back pocket" for quick solutions!!

I was missing 2 entire drives on my network....

I was missing 2 entire drives on my network. Since I access these drives on a daily basis, I was very grateful that Jose was able to resolve the issue within an hour of my request. When on site, Jose always checks on each of us to make sure everything is going well even if we have not submitted a ticket. That is brave (HAHA!) and very much appreciated. Working at Ace has been my first experience in using the services of Blue Jean Networks and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Thanks for your service.
