Adam did an amazing job at helping us out. He remained professional, and was very personable as well. Adam also explained what he was doing and tried providing ETA's when needed. We ran into a problem with one of our computers right before he was wrapping up our other issues, and stuck around to create an additional ticket and help us out. If we had an opportunity to request service from a specific tech we would ask for Adam every time. Keep up the great work man!
