Kyle always does a great job. John did good, he had problems that took us all off line, but he can't really be blamed for that, it was an equipment problem and he made sure we all knew what was going on and was very sorry, even though there was really not much he could do. Hopefully the problem he encountered will be fixed quickly as it is a huge inconvenience to have our systems down.
