Kyle did as much as he could to fix my syncing...

Kyle did as much as he could to fix my syncing issue. It was escalated to Dennis and he able to fix the syncing issue as well as an additional file that was preventing the sync. It took about a week to finally fix the issue therefore, I gave an 8 for the total experience because it was impacting my work flow for a week.
