Ethan Barstow assisted me immediately. He guided me to give him our computer number and he took over the reins and worked magic! I do not know why all of the printers failed to print from my computer. From what I gather, Ethan removed the old connection to the main printer (Office Toshiba) and put in a new connection to the printer. It worked like magic! As long as I can print from Office Toshiba, I am happy to get back to my normal work. Thank you, Ethan!
