Tim contacted me shortly after I entered my help request yesterday. He was able to do some troubleshooting before I had to break for a meeting. But soon after we resumed, he was quickly able to resolve my WiFi connection issue! However, this morning, my WiFi was having the same issue. I restarted my laptop because that was one of the steps we had discussed. Restarting fixed today's issue. Will continue monitoring/restarting laptop if issue returns for now.
