Rick is always very helpful and quick to respond to our needs and help me keep on track with our multiple requests. We were slightly disappointed that Mike left before Microsoft Office was properly working and that we had to follow up on this item. It was resolved the next day.

This took a couple of attempts. It's an unusual name and two letters were reversed and it took awhile to clear this up. the e-mail got corrected but the list on the directory needed some work. I think Keith took over on this to help after the initial request.
