OMG, not sure where to start. We have had issues for a couple days on and off with Internet/phones. We did our problem solving that we were taught. Integris was contacted and i cannot say enough on how much help Sean was. You went above and beyond to assist us and talk to me and in the end got Spectrum to come and look at our issue onsite. Well, it ended up being a STAFF issue having unplugged a plug that should never have been unplugged is how we were made to understand by spectrum. None of us have ever seen this plug before today even Darrell our CEO but none the less they said we must have accidentally unplugged that very plug and now all is good. Interesting to contemplate and even more curious to ponder but none the less SEAN you ROCKED .. I personally appreciate all you did to assist me in this mystery . I have never doubted the commitment and customer service of Integris at all . Thank you Judy Goodman Adult Program Admin of programs
