Nothing against Nick, but he had no knowledge of our system and once again we are paying for him to explore the system and then eventually had to get Robin involved to resolve the issue. It sure would be nice to have the same tech each time, so the billable time is kept to a minimum. This happened with Kristi too, that ended us costing us a lot of money, if Quentin would have come out in the first place, it would have been resolved in less than 15 minutes. It took two trips on Kristi's behalf and then it failed again and that's when Quentin came out and fixed it. Hopefully we won't get charged for his exploring time. I let it go with Kristi, but probably should have said something after getting the bill.
