There was a logging in issue with the remote server. We started troubleshooting the problem and learned that some of the issue was on the other end of the server. It was not long after that the Ian discovered that part of the issue was on my end. I allowed for the remoting in to happen after a little bit of battle with that we discovered that my login short cut was corrupt and had to be redone. Ian was on the phone with for quite a while and got my remote login back to working with great success. Thank you
